This position will require the candidate to work Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5p. The ideal candidate will have experience in Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Checking vitals, and in a Gastroenterology clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: * Taking and recording patient vitals including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse * Preparing patients for exams and procedures * Assisting physicians and nurses during exams and procedures * Administering medications as directed by physicians * Performing basic lab tests and specimen collection * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records * Providing patient education and instructions as directed by physicians * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment * Other duties as assigned by the physician or clinic manager, Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
