Additional Preferred Qualifications (not required) * Experience delivering PS&E packages for municipal, county, or state transportation projects. * Previous consulting experience supporting public-sector clients. * Familiarity with project development procedures, design manuals, and standards for clients along the Front Range. * Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work products. * Interest in developing leadership, mentorship, and project management skills., At Consor, we're committed to recruiting teammates ready to expand their potential. If ever in doubt, contact careers@consoreng.com. ## Description * Perform roadway design and engineering analysis for transportation projects, including horizontal and vertical alignments, corridor design, grading, typical sections, maintenance of traffic, and drainage coordination. * Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) in accordance with CDOT, AASHTO, and local agency requirements. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including traffic, drainage, structures, utilities, lighting, landscape, and environmental professionals. * Support project delivery by assisting with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and quality control reviews. * Prepare technical reports, design memoranda, calculations, and supporting documentation. * Participate in client meetings, stakeholder coordination efforts, and project workshops. * Assist with proposal development, technical approaches, scope writing, and fee estimates. * Support the successful delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards, schedules, and budgets. * Participate in mentoring, technical training, and professional development opportunities., Consor welcomes and celebrates equality and diversity in the workplace.
