## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead high-visibility, cross-organizational initiatives at the intersection of AI and Finance, owning the executive engagement lifecycle and driving AI adoption across Amazon Finance. You will shape program mechanics that deliver consistent, high-quality experiences and enable senior leaders to work efficiently with customers. You'll build a scalable, data-driven program with metrics, dashboards, and ROI insights, while fostering AI innovation and knowledge-sharing across the team. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence how AI-enabled finance programs scale within a global, fast-paced environment.
