 * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 10 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
 * Proven track record of successful automation testing projects.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in UI testing and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python for automation testing, along with a solid understanding of VMware. This role requires effective communication skills to liaise with customers and coordinate with offshore teams while working from the customer office., * Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright with Python.

 * Perform thorough UI testing to ensure high quality software delivery.
 * Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and understand testing needs.
 * Act as the onsite coordinator, effectively communicating with customers and stakeholders.
 * Guide and mentor the offshore testing team, providing support and direction as needed.
 * Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
 * Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to enhance testing processes.
 * Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices.
