This role will lead strategic customer engagements, architect enterprise-scale digital operations solutions, and drive operational transformation through modern observability and service management platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural leadership, consultative presales experience, and executive stakeholder engagement skills to design differentiated solutions that deliver measurable business value and operational excellence.
