* 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
 * 4+ years of CRM experience
 * Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical commercial operations experience
 * Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM
 * Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, and automation
 * Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis
 * User stories, functional requirements, process mapping, and acceptance criteria
 * Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
 * Agile/Scrum experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
 * Experience with UAT, change management, and user adoption
 * Strong analytical and communication skills
