## Description

The Information Security Officer position requires IT and Cybersecurity knowledge in financial settings for a small operation of foreign bank branch. IS related certification (i.e. (ISC) 2 SSCP, CISSP, ISACA CISM, CompTIA Security+) a plus. The Officer will be processing reports in both English and Chinese. The responsibilities of the position are as follows.

 * Prepare and analyze Cybersecurity Daily Report.
 * Weekly clean desk check.
 * Handle information security intelligence.
 * Prepare IS monthly committee report.
 * Prepare quarterly user profile and folder privilege review report.

 * Prepare security training material.
 * Work with vendors to prepare penetration testing and vulnerability testing report.
 * IS audit/examination findings remediation and improvement.
 * Third party service provider cybersecurity due diligence/evaluation.
 * Cybersecurity risk assessment.
 * Cybersecurity policy and program review and update.

 * Assist IT assets inventory list.
 * Prepare and translate above mentioned IS documents when needed. (Traditional Chinese to English; English to Traditional Chinese)
 * Other missions assigned by the supervisor.
