We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with real-world troubleshooting experience in business environments. This is not an entry-level or call-center role. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently diagnose and resolve issues, understands how business networks function, and is comfortable supporting multiple client environments. Candidates whose experience consists mainly of following step-by-step instructions without hands-on troubleshooting will not be a good fit.
