## Description

The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for assisting the IT Systems Engineer in researching and correcting employee issues with computers, devices, and software., * Assists employees with problems with their workstation, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.

 * Prepare computers and devices for employees.
 * Clear data off previously used devices.
 * Work with 3rd party vendors for repairs and replacements.
 * Assist in data retrieval and cleaning devices of malicious software.
 * Install applications and train employees to use the applications.
 * Train employees in information security.
 * On call as need to support business needs after hours.
 * Other duties as assigned.
