## About the Role

* Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics or related field
 * Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (as a Computer Vision Scientist, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Machine Learning Scientist, etc.), 3+ preferred; or proven qualifications.
 * Excellent knowledge of Python and industry experience with PyTorch or other Deep Learning tools
 * Industry experience with Deep Learning (semantic segmentation, object detection, classification), Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics or related field

## Description

* Design, develop, and implement novel computer vision algorithms for unique use cases.
 * Design and build novel/custom Deep Learning architectures.
 * Evaluate accuracy and quality of the designed models as well as data sources.
 * Design and develop production ready code.
 * Coordinate with application development teams to integrate developed models with existing applications.
 * Manage the complete model development life-cycle from requirements gathering to post production support
 * Communicate results to colleagues, business partners, and senior management
 * Provide guidance to junior team members and oversee targeted research and team projects
 * Lead hiring efforts and candidate evaluation
