This role partners with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize platform capabilities that align with organizational strategy. Administrators combine technical expertise with business analysis skills to drive adoption, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless integration with TCU's broader enterprise systems. Supported platforms may include CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LOS (e.g., Encompass), eSignature (e.g., DocuSign), or other critical enterprise applications. Platform assignments may evolve based on business needs and team capacity. This role supports TCU's mission by delivering technology solutions that empower members and staff to achieve their financial goals.
