This role will be the Go Live Readiness Lead for the Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management upgrade. Length of contract, 12 months. Responsibilities * Deploying templates and standards. * Co-developing the team plans, timelines, organizational structure, and effort estimates. * Meeting deliverable schedule. * Leading the assignment of work items to team members/subject matter experts. * Overseeing the work of the external consulting team members. * Reviewing new/revised configuration and documentation. * Validating development item, security, and batch functional specifications. * Outlining test requirements, gathering test examples and data and developing test scripts. * Performing testing efforts, including researching and resolving issues. * Creating/revising business processes/user procedures, and providing training material inputs. * Confirming team member and subject matter expert deliverables are completed within quality, timeline and budgetary requirements. * Liaise with project team members to facilitate issue resolution and completion of deliverables. * Escalating issues which affect delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence. * Providing accurate and detailed weekly task reports to the Project Managers., B&A has launched several programs to focus on employee engagement, wellness, and assistance.
