## About the Role

* Requires an MPH, MBA, MS, MA degree in science, social science, public health, MIS, computer science, data science, health services research or business, or BA/BS with demonstrated equivalent work experience
 * Requires 10 years of experience in healthcare (managed care, academic, or government payer)
 * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. ability to model, use formulas, etc.) is preferred
 * Experience with Microsoft Access (i.e. link tables, run queries, etc.), Tableau, and SAS is preferred
 * Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills. Including previous experience in presenting to leaders
 * Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act
 * Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders with no direct reporting relationship
 * Ability to work independently, proactively, and with little direction

## Description

The Network Performance Analysis and Contracts team focuses on provider network performance analysis, reporting, and consulting. The Data Analyst-Health, Principal role will report to the Senior Director, Provider Services-Network. In this role you will provide consultative services and support for various strategic and tactical initiatives and projects. This role will provide complex analysis for insight and recommendation and collaborate with various business units as thought partner and expert.
