Tech Stack You Will Work With * Service & CRM Platforms: ServiceNow (Core Platform, ITSM/ITOM) and Salesforce * Contact Center & CX: NICE CXone (CCaaS, Interaction Analytics, AI/Copilot, QM/WFM) and Infobip * Data, Analytics & BI: Tableau (Visualizations & Adhoc Reporting) * Project, Agile & Portfolio Management: Jira, Trello, and Apptio Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications * Proven experience in owning and managing product roadmaps for complex technical products. * Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLC) and emerging technologies (including AI and CX automation). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. * Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics tools. * Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in roadmap management. * Experience with Agile methodologies and their application to roadmap planning (preferred). * Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (preferred). * Experience in facilitating roadmap prioritization workshops with diverse stakeholders. ## Description The Technical Product Strategist is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the Village's technical capabilities and market opportunities.
