You will own the technical execution of our Workday and ERP ecosystem, leveraging Claude, Gemini, and Cursor to drive implementation velocity, integration quality, and continuous system improvement. This role will be an intelligent system engineer and builder for the data pipelines and AI agentic workflows connecting Juul Lab's global HCM, ERP, and CRM landscape. We are looking for a developer who doesn't just "connect" systems but builds an autonomous, resilient integration layer. This role shall bring deep platform knowledge and the judgement to know when to configure, when to code, and when to let AI do the heavy lifting. * Serve as a cross-functional technical expert across the Workday with the Enterprise Systems (ERP) ecosystems ensuring system integrity, data quality, and alignment with evolving business requirements. * Identify, pilot, and scale low-friction AI use cases across Enterprise Systems - including streamlining internal operations * Lead Workday and ERP implementations using AI-augmented methodologies - from requirements extraction and gap analysis through UAT script generation, training material creation, and post go-live support * Leverage Cursor with LLM-pair programming (Claude/Gemini) to achieve step-change development velocity on integration builds, transformation scripts, and API documentation. * Generate and maintain UAT test scripts, data migration mappings, and functional specifications documents using AI tooling - reducing manual authoring time. * Produce high-fidelity technical documentation using AI tooling to draft than human review to validate * Write and maintain robust code (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to automate business logic and system workflows. You will move beyond "out-of-the-box" features to build custom solutions that solve complex enterprise challenges. * Serve as the technical lead for massive "Source-to-Target" migration workstreams. You will personally execute the ETL processes, ensuring that legacy data is scrubbed, normalized, and mapped correctly into modern environments. * Develop and maintain AI-augmented workflows within the Juul Labs ecosystem, utilizing Claude and Gemini to build intelligent agents that assist in compliance monitoring and cross-system data reconciliation * Identify architectural weaknesses and implement preventative measures to ensure long-term platform stability across the Workday and ERP ecosystem. ## Related Videos - [Delete the roles, deploy the skills](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2104-delete-the-roles-deploy-the-skills) - [Coffee with Developers: David Heinemeier Hansson](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/875-coffee-with-developers-david-heinemeier-hansson) - [How a Small Team Shrank a Microsoft Monorepo by 94%](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1236-how-a-small-team-shrank-a-microsoft-monorepo-by-94) - [How One Developer Built the Back Office for 10 Million Companies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100082-how-one-developer-built-the-back-office-for-10-million-companies) - [Coroutine explained yet again 60 years later](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/690-coroutine-explained-yet-again-60-years-later) - [Git for Code Reviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/429-git-for-code-reviews) ## Related Articles - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Résumé-Driven Development: How IT trends affect the job market for software developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/59-resume-driven-development-how-it-trends-affect-the-job-market-for-software-developers) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline)
