## About the Role

We are seeking an Open Banking Channel Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API services, SOAP/REST web services, OAuth 2, and observability tools and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable integrations and resilient UI components for high-volume platforms., * Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services, API design, and data exchange principles.

 * Strong understanding of OAuth 2 authorization framework and API gateway technologies.
 * Experience with monitoring and capacity management concepts, including Splunk and AppDynamics.
 * Knowledge of financial industry standards such as OFX, Durable Daa API (DDA), and/or FDX.
 * Familiarity with RESTful patterns and secure integration practices.
 * Experience with JIRA and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation.
 * Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience designing target-state architectures across consumer and wealth platforms.
 * Utilization of AI tools within standard software development practices.

Role Logistics

 * Approved location: Charlotte, NC. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

## Description

* Lead design and development of API services and UI components for the Open Banking channel.
 * Implement and maintain vendor and FinTech integrations for inbound and outbound data sharing.
 * Ensure stability, resiliency, and scalability across end-to-end transaction flows.
 * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support overall channel resiliency.
