Experteer Overview As Product Manager for Salesforce-based tech solutions, you own end-to-end delivery, product roadmap, and user experience for SaaS apps. You work with business owners, SMEs, and technical teams to define problems, map processes, and prioritize work to deliver value. You drive MVP definitions, roadmap ownership, and KPI tracking to ensure health and cost-effectiveness. This role sits in Shared Platforms and offers opportunity to impact enterprise-scale Salesforce integrations and user outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Define and document the business problem and to-be functional product implementation * Quantify value to cross-prioritize and sequence work * Assess trade-offs between out-of-box Salesforce functionality and customizations * Define MVP and document product roadmap * Own delivery of product roadmap and feature release plans * Track cost-to-own and application health and usage KPIs Tasks * 5+ years direct Salesforce platform experience (Service Cloud,
Communities, and Agentforce) * Experience with Agile Scrum, including user story mapping and Scrum ceremonies * Experience collaborating with distributed vendor teams (onshore and offshore) * Product management experience driving discovery through value realization * Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, data lakes, and marketing platforms * Experience building on Salesforce with low-code tools like Flows and Lightning App Builder Key requirements * medical benefits * financial benefits * annual incentive
