Pre-Screening Questions: * Able to work in the office 5 days per week? * Able to travel when required? ## Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role will partner with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, track action items, and ensure project deliverables stay on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience supporting multiple concurrent projects, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or regulated environments is preferred., Project Coordination & Administration * Support multiple IT projects from initiation through deployment. * Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. * Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews. * Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item registers. * Track project status and follow up on overdue deliverables. * Documentation & Reporting * Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), status reports, and governance materials. * Assist with preparation of executive presentations and steering committee updates. * Ensure project artifacts are complete, organized, and audit-ready. * Support project budget tracking and invoice reconciliation activities.
