## About the Role

Entry Level IT Support Specialist. Great opportunity for recent Computer Science college graduate looking for an onsite IT support position on Cape Cod, MA. If you have a few years' of experience we'd like to hear from you too!, You're detail oriented, a people person, and not shy to dig into some troubleshooting. If you have a background with PC support, networking, and helping office workers with technology we would like to hear from you.

## Description

Some prior IT support experience such as an internship positions is required. You must be able to lift/install computers and monitors, and drive to client offices in our service region. We'll get you started with:

 * checking backups
 * working with our Remote Monitoring and Management software
 * updating and configuring firewalls
 * rolling out multifactor authentication (MFA)
 * investigating endpoint detection and response (EDR) alerts
 * answering end user questions
 * configuring and migrating M365
 * supporting Azure Virtual Desktops
