## Description

Rochester Midland Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Support Specialist to assist with customer data management and record maintenance. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with data, communicating with customers, and ensuring accuracy across systems., * Gather and input customer information into internal systems

 * Contact customers via phone to obtain missing or updated information
 * Research and collect relevant information from customer websites
 * Maintain and update customer records in Excel and the company's ERP system
 * Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data entered
