## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science or a related field

 + 2-20 years of relevant Engineering experience.

Preferred Skills and Education

 + Bachelor s or Master s of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering

 + Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and/or complex electromechanical products

 + Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)

 + Active DoW Secret Clearance highly preferred

## Description

We are hiring Systems Engineers to participate in Electronic Warfare Systems development programs in Nashua, NH, Totowa/Wayne, NJ and Manchester, NH. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team focused on modeling, designing, developing, integrating, debugging, testing, fielding, and supporting our innovative Electronic Systems.

Typical Job Responsibilities

 + Creation and/or review of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements and operational concepts

 + Deriving, decomposing, allocation and traceability of requirements to engineering discipline

 + Identification of Risks and Opportunities and executing on mitigation strategies

 + Identification of System Technical Performance Measures

 + Participation in trade studies, analysis, peer reviews, and customer meetings

 + Support system modeling & simulation, design, and development activities

 + Creation of external and internal interface definition

 + Knowledge of model based systems engineering tools and approach

 + Presentation of findings at design reviews internally or with customers

 + Creation of test plans, test procedures and reports

 + Creation and/or review of algorithms

 + Analysis of data to inform decision making

 + Execution of integration, verification, and validation activities and tests

 + Participate in external field and flight tests of our EW Systems

 + Participate in constant improvement of the System Engineering discipline

Due to the classified nature of the work, these positions will be 100% on-site.
