In this role, you will lead ARTs, resolve and escalate impediments, manage risk, assure value delivery, and drive program-level continuous improvement. This is a 5-month contract position. To be considered, candidate's must have Jira Plans experience., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and six (6) years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Project/Program Manager. * To be considered, candidate's must have Jira Plans experience. * OR High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of experience in one of the aforementioned roles. Certifications/Licensures: * Scaled Agile certification such as Agile Practitioner or SAFE certified Release Train Engineer. Skills and Competencies: * To be considered, candidate's must have Jira Plans experience. * Demonstrated ability to facilitate large planning and solutioning sessions. * Knowledge of patterns and techniques for filling gaps in the Scrum approach. * Ability to provide dynamic leadership to teams through direct management and influential leadership. * Effective prioritization and work assignment skills to meet deadlines. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users at all levels. * Understanding of Agile at scale philosophies and methodologies. * Understanding of beneficial metrics, their interpretation, and how to correct project course based on findings.
