Monday and Friday, with onsite attendance as required for workshops, planning sessions, collaboration activities, requirements gathering, training, or go-live support., Position OverviewThe Security Program & Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of cybersecurity programs and projects across the enterprise. This role ensures security initiatives are delivered with clear accountability, measurable outcomes, and alignment to business priorities, risk reduction goals, compliance requirements, and operational resilience objectives.Acting as a bridge between Cybersecurity, IT, OT, business leaders, vendors, procurement, finance, legal, and audit teams, this individual drives successful delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives while maintaining transparency, predictable execution, and executive-level communication.This role will initially focus on enterprise Cybersecurity Program Uplift initiatives, leading Vulnerability and Attack Surface Management improvements through cross-functional remediation efforts, stakeholder communication, metric tracking, and execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity Program & Project Delivery * Lead cybersecurity programs and project portfolios aligned to security strategy, business objectives, and risk priorities. * Manage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, budget tracking, stakeholder engagement, risk management, change control, and implementation readiness. * Coordinate initiatives across security domains including Identity & Access Management, Security Engineering, Cyber Defense Operations, Governance/Risk/Compliance, OT Security, Third-Party Risk, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, and Resilience. * Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, decision logs, and status reporting. Roadmap, Governance & Risk Management * Support development and execution of the cybersecurity roadmap by prioritizing initiatives, tracking progress, and resolving resource, funding, and operational constraints. * Ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into enterprise project governance and stage-gate processes. * Coordinate architectural reviews, security assessments, cloud security reviews, data protection requirements, and operational transition activities. * Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource gaps, stakeholder conflicts, and delivery barriers, escalating concerns with recommended actions when necessary. Stakeholder & Executive Communication * Prepare executive reports, portfolio dashboards, project updates, milestone summaries, and escalation materials. * Communicate project progress in business terms, including risk reduction, compliance impact, operational effectiveness, resilience, budget, and schedule performance. * Build strong partnerships across cybersecurity, IT, OT, legal, finance, procurement, compliance, audit, and business teams. Vendor, Financial & Operational Coordination * Partner with vendors, procurement, finance, and legal teams to support sourcing, contracts, budget management, renewals, invoicing, and implementation planning. * Track project financial performance and support forecasting and budget planning activities. * Ensure successful transition of implemented security solutions into steady-state operations through documentation, support models, monitoring requirements, and operational readiness reviews. Metrics & Continuous Improvement * Develop reporting and metrics that provide visibility into project health, portfolio performance, risk reduction outcomes, budget status, and roadmap progress. * Improve project delivery practices through standardized governance, reporting, intake processes, escalation paths, and project closeout activities. * Promote a disciplined, collaborative delivery culture focused on execution, transparency, and continuous improvement.
