## About the Role

* BS Degree in science or engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Materials Science, or related)

 * 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering

 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets

 * Familiarity with SQL and statistical processing software (e.g., JMP/JSL, Minitab)

 * Experience creating detailed reports and engineering documentation

Nice-To-Have:

 * 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, or quality engineering

 * 2+ years of familiarity with optical telecommunications terminology and test methodologies

 * Knowledge of reliability testing methodologies and industry standards (e.g., Telcordia, JEDEC)

 * Track qualification lots through reliability stress testing and manage milestone completion.
