The right candidate is as comfortable in a warehouse or production floor as they are in a meeting room. You will carry insights from the ground up to leadership, participate in solution design, lead system deployments, train end users, and ensure that our tools are actually being adopted and used correctly. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively across our entire workforce., High school diploma or GED required, * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish - spoken and written (nonnegotiable) * Proven ability to communicate effectively with both frontline workers and management * Comfortable working in production, warehouse, or logistics environments * Strong observational and analytical skills - able to spot inefficiencies and translate them into clear feedback * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deployments and feedback cycles simultaneously * Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in the field, * Experience in a production, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environment - strongly preferred * Prior exposure to IT systems, business software, ERP, WMS, or similar operational platforms * Experience in systems implementation, change management, or enduser training * Familiarity with process mapping, workflow documentation, or business analysis methodologies * Basic understanding of software development cycles (waterfall, agile, or iterative) * Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting ## Description We are looking for a people-oriented IT Systems Analyst & Implementation Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between our operations team and our systems development. This role is unique: you will spend meaningful time on the Production floor - observing workflows, talking with warehouse and production staff, and identifying friction points, system bottlenecks, and compliance gaps.
