## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 8+ years of experience in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems testing for complex hardware, especially aerospace hardware.
 * Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams through hardware build and test phases.
 * Experience writing or approving integration/test procedures, verification reports, and readiness packages.
 * Strong knowledge of environmental/test verification such as thermal/vacuum, vibration, electrical, optical, and interface testing.

## Description

* Lead integration, verification, and testing activities for aerospace hardware programs.
 * Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure build, checkout, and anomaly resolution.
 * Write and approve test procedures, verification reports, and readiness documentation.
 * Communicate testing status, risks, and recovery plans to technical teams and leadership.
 * Ensure compliance with configuration control, safety, quality, and hardware handling standards.
