Do you have experience in Tooling?, * Familiarity with enterprise software delivery, AI platforms, and the integration of DevSecOps, data engineering, platform engineering, and cybersecurity will be highly beneficial, * US Citizen

## Description

* Lead Agile product management activities in alignment with the Agile Manifesto, ensuring rapid and iterative delivery of mission capabilities
 * Develop and maintain product roadmaps that accelerate operational AI adoption within a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture
 * Drive user adoption planning and ensure solutions are designed with a user-centric approach
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams, including AI, DevSecOps, data engineering, platform engineering, and cybersecurity, to deliver integrated enterprise software solutions
 * Prioritize mission needs and capabilities, balancing stakeholder input with strategic objectives
 * Decompose high-level requirements into actionable stories, tasks, and epics for development teams
 * Oversee the integration of AI platforms, agentic AI systems, and enterprise AI governance into operational workflows
 * Support continuous monitoring and scalable software delivery for defense modernization initiatives
 * Align operational delivery with roadmap objectives, ensuring timely and effective deployment of mission applications
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders
 * Success in this role will also be supported by your ability to manage cross-functional coordination, prioritize mission objectives, and facilitate the adoption of innovative AI-driven solutions within complex operational workflows.
 * Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize capabilities, decompose requirements, and break down complex stories and tasks into actionable epics
 * You will ensure that user-centric design principles are embedded throughout the development process, aligning operational delivery with evolving mission needs.
 * You will be responsible for shaping and executing a product roadmap that leverages a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture, supporting mission-critical applications, enterprise AI governance, agentic AI systems, and scalable software delivery
