The manager oversees the delivery and ongoing management of specifications, establishes standards for schema quality and governance, and translates complex business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions. This role also promotes continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment to strengthen Walmart's catalog capabilities and deliver measurable business value. About the team: The Schema and Specification Management team is a key part of Walmart's central Catalog organization, responsible for the global taxonomy and product specifications that support Walmart's catalog across markets. This team maintains the authoritative source for taxonomy, ensures schema quality and consistency, and oversees the successful delivery and adoption of product specifications.
