This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners., We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Coordinator dedicated to support to the IT Project Management Office, partnering with Project Managers across the portfolio to translate business needs into clear process flows, requirements documentation, and project artifacts. This role blends business analysis skills, such as process mapping and requirements gathering, with day-to-day PMO administrative support, including status tracker updates, meeting coordination, and maintenance of project documentation in ServiceNow. During Project Discovery, the Project Coordinator independently authors Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and assists Project Managers with the creation of Project Charters. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
