## About the Role

* Required: Bachelor's Degree.
 * At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, risk management analytics, or a related discipline.
 * Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
 * Experience working with databases, data extraction, and reporting technologies preferred.

Preferred Skills:

 * Knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and analytics methodologies.
 * Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 * Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality management practices.
 * Understanding of healthcare, patient safety, risk management, or compliance reporting preferred.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

## Description

* Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support data reporting and analytics solutions that meet the needs of assigned business areas across the organization.
 * Leverage multiple databases, reporting tools, and data sources to develop interactive dashboards, automated reporting, data visualizations, and ad hoc analyses.
 * Support department initiatives through meaningful reporting and actionable analytics.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that support informed decision-making.
 * Serve as a subject matter resource for data reporting and analytics.
 * Partner with business and technical teams to optimize reporting processes and enhance system capabilities.
 * Drive continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and reporting solutions that improve organizational performance.
