The purpose of the Network Operations Center Technician Level 2 position is to provide reliable telecom service and connectively to all company sites by using available monitoring tools, conducting proactive circuit reviews, reviewing equipment performance reports and resolving outages with little to no supervision. The reduction of outages and downtime is a primary focus of the NOC Technician., Answers/responds to requests and resolves problems via the telephone, email, web, etc. acts as the single point of contact for resolution of technology related issues. Ticket ownership opened through resolution of the problem, issue or request fulfillment.
