You will lead and grow a team of software engineers, test engineers, and product owners in support of our various mission and non-mission systems in support of the Satellite Control Network (SCN), as well as act as the Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering team development, and delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a proven track record of managing software engineering teams, balancing technical and business priorities, and creating an environment where engineers thrive.
