This individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day telecommunications requests, performing repairs, and supporting critical voice infrastructure across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel PBX environments, and voicemail platforms while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot enterprise telephony systems, including Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel PBX platforms, and voicemail solutions. Perform routine MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) requests and phone repairs. Diagnose and resolve voice and telecommunications-related issues in a timely manner. Provide support to end users and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, time reporting, and service activities.
