This role will serve as a key partner to researchers, lab staff, IT, and business teams by maintaining system reliability, troubleshooting issues, supporting upgrades and implementations, and ensuring GLP compliance and data integrity. The ideal candidate will bring strong application support experience, knowledge of GLP/GxP requirements, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting critical laboratory operations.
