The role blends solution design, technical consulting, and customer success to design scalable implementations, resolve complex issues, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes., * Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and related platforms. * Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable system designs. * Recommend best practices for automation, workflows, and design reporting, , and user experience. * Build and maintain technical processes aligned to user needs and business requirements. * Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify operational gaps and develop scalable technical solutions. * Support the day-to-day Salesforce processes needed to keep the platform running effectively,.(or describe as "serve as backup" on order form and promotional setup and management) * On-going connectivity with broader Revision IT team to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution System Health and Performance Management * Conduct regular system audits focused on data quality, field usage, and automation health.
