This position assists with executing digital warehouse projects, strengthening system and operational readiness, supporting technology-enabled changes, and helping implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance, scalability, and reliable patient supply. This individual works closely with Warehouse Operations, Packaging, F&E, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to support action planning, timely follow-up, issue resolution, and sustainable improvements. The position supports key warehouse digital transformation activities, including system readiness, testing, training readiness, issue and defect tracking, action follow-up, workflow validation, reporting, user adoption, and coordination to strengthen warehouse execution and patient supply reliability. This position serves as a collaborative and execution-focused role responsible for supporting operational needs, digital transformation activities, system implementations, and cross-functional execution in a highly regulated environment.
