## About the Role

* Ability to build strong client and team relationships
 * Comfort managing multiple priorities in a team-based environment
 * Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and industries, Required:
 * 2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
 * Record to Report: General Ledger and Financial Reporting
 * Procure to Pay: Accounts Payable
 * Order to Cash: Accounts Receivable
 * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field
 * Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve
 * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

 * Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / SuiteCloud Developer Certification)
 * Experience with NetSuite integrations and customizations
 * Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases
 * Previous "Big 4" or large consulting firm experience
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
 * Advanced degree in a relevant field

As a NetSuite Consultant at Deloitte, you will support the design and implementation of NetSuite solutions that help clients meet their business goals, working alongside experienced team members to build your consulting and technical skills. This role fits professionals across core financial accounting, procure-to-pay, or order-to-cash implementation backgrounds. Join a team that is transforming how finance and accounting organizations operate by streamlining processes, improving reporting, and building lasting client relationships along the way., As a Consultant, you will help implement and deploy NetSuite solutions:

 * Work within an engagement team, identifying business requirements, supporting functional design, prototyping, and process design
 * Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions that accommodate unique industry, business, and regulatory requirements
 * Conduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with clients, on-site and remote
 * Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents for client approval
 * Create functional requirements as an input to application design
 * Build, develop, and test functional designs for business components and prototypes
 * Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support
 * Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption
