## About the Role

* 3-5+ years of experience in data risk programs; Experience in similar role (preferred)
 * Proven prior experience in roles involving policy and standards adherence or data management
 * Strong team-player attitude and desire to learn with a result driven approach
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to simplify and summarize complex data priorities / technical concepts to executive stakeholders
 * Ability to work in fast-paced, work-intensive organization and be able to adapt to changing priorities while delivering with high accuracy
 * Familiarity GCIB business and products and can take ownership of delivery
 * Ability to operate independently and collaborate across stakeholders including bankers, senior leaders, risk partners and regulators / auditors
 * Control focused mindset; understands regulatory and reputational risks

## Description

* Execute business-as-usual with utmost priority to ensure speed, accuracy, alignment to program objectives and improving execution efficiency.
 * Execution of data program deliverables - GCIB process/report/dataflow/records assessments, executing governance routines, keeping controls and metrics satisfactory, preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders
 * Execute data program with an approach for successful implementation, clear documentation and sustainability
 * Support execution of all responsibilities defined for the GCIB data program named roles in policy and standards while maintaining evidence of execution
 * Regular engagement with stakeholders for review of areas impacting GCIB data risks
 * Engage in audits, regulatory exams and target assessments
 * Establish and execute review of GCIB processes so that they remain adherent to relevant requirements
 * Execute data oriented programs and project deliverables with accuracy and timeliness
 * Coordinate across GCIB product areas to ensure consensus on approach for implementation and execution
 * Escalate risks to programs. Partner with key stakeholders and develop solutions and deliver mitigating actions in support of successful completion of the program
 * Develop strong relationships to navigate the complexities of gaining buy-in, building consensus, and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization
