Requires a master's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have 3 years of experience in the following:

 * 3 years of experience in C++ for backend service development;
 * 3 years of experience in Realtime communication systems and micro service architectures;
 * 3 years of experience in Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) for data serialization and communication;
 * 3 years of experience developing server-side data management for 2D graphics or similar applications;
 * 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab for software development, integration, and deployment;
 * 3 years of experience performing performance testing, profiling, and optimization of software systems;
 * 3 years of experience monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based services using logging and monitoring tools.
 * Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require international or domestic travel.

## Description

* Architect and evolve large-scale real-time service frameworks to improve scalability, reliability, and latency performance, leveraging C++ and modern distributed systems design principles;
 * Develop and integrate backend agentic AI solutions to enhance automation, intelligence, and adaptability in real-time collaborative systems-enabling autonomous service orchestration, intelligent data processing, and adaptive feature delivery;
 * Develop standardized next-generation data models and inter-service communication layers for collaborative and interactive applications, incorporating advanced frameworks (e.g., Protobuf, gRPC) and ensuring backward compatibility across releases;
 * Administer the continuous process of software development/integration/deployment utilizing Jenkins, Gitlab, and related;
 * Establish and oversee performance benchmarking strategies, including creation of distributed load generation tools, synthetic test scenarios, and telemetry-based performance analytics;
 * Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services using logging and monitoring tools.
