* 5+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
 * Proven success delivering CRM, enterprise application, or digital transformation initiatives.
 * Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
 * Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholders.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience., * Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare, fintech, or other regulated environments.
 * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
 * PMP, CSM, or related certification.
 * Experience managing vendors and implementation partners.

## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across a variety of business and technology functions. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving CRM platforms, enterprise applications, process improvements, automation, and digital transformation efforts., * Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation.

 * Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and status reporting.
 * Establish project governance, milestones, and success metrics.
 * Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and project dependencies.
 * Manage CRM implementation, migration, integration, and optimization initiatives.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical staff, business stakeholders, and vendors.
 * Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders and technology teams.
 * Provide executive-level reporting and project updates.
 * Support training, adoption, and change management efforts.
 * Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational processes.
