## About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java and AWS and a proven ability to deliver scalable full stack solutions for enterprise banking platforms. Dual sourcing will be used for this role., * Proficiency in Java and related frameworks, RESTful services, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.

 * Experience with AWS services for application development and deployment.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.
 * 5-7 years of relevant full stack development experience.

Preferred Skills:

 * Background with large-scale banking or financial services platforms, including Chase ecosystem familiarity.
 * Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD pipelines.

* Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using Java and AWS services.
 * Implement secure, resilient, and maintainable services and APIs.
 * Collaborate with product and platform teams to meet delivery and quality targets.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
