 * Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery.
 * Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.

Preferred

 * Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations.
 * Demonstrated success driving technology transformation or modernization initiatives.
 * Strong change-management and communication skills.

## Description

The Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology leads the Global Security technology strategy and landscape. The role involves crafting Global Security's technology strategy as well as managing projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities on a global scale. Within the current Global Security technology landscape are the following capability categories: access management, video management, visitor management emergency communications, incident management, travel security management, and threat intelligence., * Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps that support enterprise and functional goals, including system modernization and platform optimization.

 * Oversee delivery of security technology solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality and compliance requirements.
 * Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms, including vendor and service provider management.
 * Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
 * Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery., Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
