## Description

The Marketing Lead Analyst will be responsible for strategizing, re-engineering, and managing the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel Marketing campaigns. This marketing professional will play a central role in a cross-functional team working in close partnership with Strategy, List Processing, Digital, Direct Mail Production, Email, and Campaign Management to develop marketing strategies, streamline processes, define program requirements with a focus on maximizing profitability, process efficiencies, and controls., * Develop forward-thinking marketing strategies and creative plans, with a focus on long-term goals, scalable frameworks, and sustained business impact.

 * Translate strategy into detailed, executable plans, with strong attention to detail in defining campaign requirements, process flows, and cross-functional handoffs to drive successful campaign delivery.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, translating insights into clear, executable requirements.
 * Design, document, and communicate program goals and requirements to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery.
 * Lead the implementation of test strategies and campaign scheduling, applying critical thinking to proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
 * Reconcile data and information across systems and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
 * Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
 * Identify, track, and manage issues through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.
