Preferred Qualification * Workday certification(s) in HCM Core, Reporting, Security, or Integration are highly preferred. * Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics. * Prior experience in global or multi-entity Workday environments. * Active role in Workday implementation within the last 5 years strongly preferred, Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Field of Study: Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required. Experience Requirements: 8+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope. Apply today!, System Administration & Configuration * Manage day-to-day administration of the Workday HCM platform, including security, roles, business process configuration, and data management. * Configure and maintain core HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Performance. * Develop and implement Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIB integrations. * Maintain data accuracy through audits, validations, and proactive system monitoring. Solution Architecture & Design * Serve as the primary architect for Workday-related projects and enhancements, aligning solutions with business goals and technical standards. * Translate HR and business requirements into functional and technical specifications. * Lead the design and implementation of new modules, functionality, and system integrations (Workday to downstream systems such as Payroll, Finance, or third-party vendors). * Evaluate and recommend system improvements, upgrades, and innovations to optimize user experience and process efficiency. Governance & Support * Establish and maintain Workday governance, documentation, and change management processes. * Manage Workday releases and ensure timely testing, communication, and adoption of new features. * Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. * Maintain system security, user access controls, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
