If performing as a Privileged User (Individuals who have access to system control, monitoring, or administration functions (eg, system administrator, IAO/ISSO, system programmers, etc.) a final adjudicated T-5/T-R with an IT level-1 designation in JPAS must be achieved and maintained. Privileged users must also complete Operating System (OS)/Computer Environment (CE) training for each version within six (6) months of start date. Training is the responsibility of the contracting company.
