In the alternative, at least a master's degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer, Design Engineer, Test Engineer, Product Engineer or related role within aerospace or other highly regulated hardware industries would be acceptable. * Must possess at least 3 years of experience leading Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, Fault Tree). * Must possess at least 3 years of experience analyzing field, factory, and warranty data to drive reliability improvements. * Must possess at least 3 years of experience developing or automating reliability calculation tools, dashboards, or data-driven analytics to support predictions, trade studies, and decision-making. * Must possess at least 3 years of experience applying airworthiness and certification requirements applicable to aircraft interior or electro-mechanical systems. * Non-US Person - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company's immigration sponsorship now or in the future. Occasional national and international travel may be required (1-2 times per year) to support product field reliability activities and root cause identification.
