Experience: * 8+ years of UX, CX, product design, or digital experience leadership experience. * 12+ years of experience leading global UX organizations and enterprise experience strategy is highly desirable. * Proven experience improving conversion rates, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes through UX initiatives. * Experience leading UX strategy across complex enterprise digital ecosystems. * Demonstrated experience designing customer journeys and digital experiences across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle. * Strong portfolio demonstrating customer-centered design practices and measurable business results. * Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, Creative, Product, Analytics, SEO, Development, and Web Operations. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Digital Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
