We are looking for true AI power users. Not people who use ChatGPT to be 10 to 20% more productive. We want people who can use AI plus code to 100x themselves and do things that were not possible two years ago., * Exceptional AI skills (asynchronous agents, automations, evals and QA).

## Description

 * Run tight loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat.
 * Turn what works into durable infrastructure we keep scaling., * How you will use AI to 100x impact: which AI tools/workflows will you use? How will you ensure high quality?
 * Measurement: What metrics will you track? How will you iterate / experiment?
 * CAC Payback: How you will ensure this play is profitable?
