Direct NetDocuments experience is strongly preferred. * Hands-on experience administering NetDocuments, including familiarity with NDMax technologies and AI-enabled document workflows. * Understanding of ethical walls, access management tools, and information governance best practices. * Exposure to Finance or HR enterprise applications such as Aderant, Paylocity, or similar business systems. * Experience with scripting and automation of routine administrative tasks. * Working knowledge of data querying, troubleshooting, validation, and secure data migration processes. * Strong communication, training, and consulting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Prior law firm or professional services experience and familiarity with legal workflows, matter-centric organization, and compliance requirements. * Interest in legal AI, knowledge management, and emerging technologies that support document intelligence and automation. * Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. #LI-REMOTE ## Description As the Enterprise Applications Engineer (DMS), you will serve as the primary administrator of NetDocuments, driving the firm's document management strategy while leading the adoption of innovative NDMax AI capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to partner with technology, governance, and business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen information governance, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that support attorneys and staff across the organization.
