* Proven experience managing IT projects within the travel or hospitality industry with a focus on technology solutions.
 * Working knowledge of Travel GDS Platforms Sabre & Galileo
 * Working knowledge of TMC online booking tools, primarily Concur
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols such as network security measures, firewalls, Active Directory management, DHCP configuration, and information security best practices.
 * Ability to develop strategic plans for IT infrastructure upgrades including server management, remote access software deployment, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
 * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
